Unit Features
1.Compressor
It used the world famous brand scroll compressor , which has the characteristics of high cooling efficiency and high performance, and is equipped with internal phase loss and overload protection , which is energy-saving, high efficiency, long lifespan and good quality
(1) Low noise: the novel design eliminates the vibration of the suction and discharge valves, and significantly reduces the noise;
(2) Safe and reliable: the number of running parts is reduced, and the back-flow of liquid is tolerated, so the failure rate is very low;
The compressor is equipped with thermal protection, phase protection and other protection devices. It has excellent liquid carrying compression capacity, no-load starting and scroll compression disk which is not affected by wear. It can meet the strict requirements of frequent starting and long-time continuous operation of precision air conditioning system. When starting in winter, the normal starting function of compressor can prevent short cycle and low pressure locking.
The installation of crank heater can effectively prevent machine failure due to poor lubrication when starting up.
2 .The unit is equipped with high efficiency centrifugal fan
The indoor unit supply fan is a new type of high efficiency and energy-saving fan, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, compact structure and beautiful appearance. Outdoor fan is axial flow fan: famous brand fan, low power consumption, fast heat dissipation, low noise, simple structure, stable and reliable. The support is connected with the casing air duct by channel steel. The impeller and casing of anti-corrosion axial flow fan are made of high-quality steel.
3. Shell and tube condenser
Use shell and tube condenser. The shell is made of steel plate with a thickness of more than 600mm. After anti-rust treatment, max working pressure is 400psi. Both ends of the pipe side are sealed with flange, the end cover is made of cast iron, and the shell is equipped with fusible bolt and safety valve.
4.Evaporator
The direct expansion evaporator and copper tube are seamless copper tubes with high heat conduction, covered with high-purity aluminum sheet. The aluminum fins is only attached to the copper tube and mechanically expanded, so that the copper tube and aluminum sheet are closely bonded.
5.Electric heater
Unit use stainless steel winding electric heater with internal thermal protection , and can be equipped with steam heater for application with steam source.
6.Humidifier
It use famous brand electrode humidifier , microcomputer signal control, which has the advantages of quick humidification and high precision; Steam humidification can be selected for the application we have steam source
7. Advanced control system, complete protections
The well-known brand microcomputer controller , which has perfect automatic control function and can realize remote control. The heat pump type unit automatically defrost, and the unit has multiple protection and regulation configurations, which is safe and reliable. The new cooling system is adopted to make the unit cooling or heating at outdoor low temperature. The ambient temperature of the heat pump system is 0 ~ 45 ℃ for cooling - 10 ~ 20 ℃ for heating. The unit is equipped with high pressure, low pressure, overload, short circuit, open phase, overheating and air flow pressure difference protection.
